Hello. I changed carrier for my mobile phone [0413756821] on 21st of October 2014 from Exetel to another provider.
Could you please ensure that I haven't been charged for mobile service by Exetel in the month of November, and that I won't be charged again for December?

You have given us the 30days of notice for cancellation on 30/10/2014 and the requested date of cancellation is 22/11/2014.
There shouldn't be any charges after 22/11/2014. If you do get charged, please contact our billing team via billing@exetel.com.au
