To the Exetel Staff:
Due to it not being currently required, I have just cancelled my last mobile data account with exetel.
The monetary value of my custom for exetel has never been much, so there is a good chance your christmas bonus' are safe, and generally no one will notice.
Over the years I have read a few complaints with your service, and this has always surprised me.
Every time I have any thing at all that appears to need sorting it has always been dealt with with a speed and efficiency that leaves no room for complaint.
So I thank you for both your efforts and consideration for your customers.
