My previous Modem has failed and I have bought a NetComm wireless NB604N to replace it.
I have tried connecting it with my given username and given password but no luck connecting, can you help please

I have sent you the username and the password again. Please perform a factory reset to the modem and reconfigure with the given credentials. If the issue persist, please contact netcomm
