Are you referring to the mobile number ending with ........463 ?
I have checked with the provisioning department and currently they have worked on this. Confirmation have received from your new provider as the port out completed on 13/01/2017. Therefore they will back date cancellation accordingly and reply to you in detail via the ticket ref#11126398. If you have further concerns on this, reply back to the same email.squeakytown wrote:Yes
