I noticed that you offer 5GB data sim only plans to new subscribers for $24.99/mth.
However when I try to change/upgrade my current plan I'm only eligible for ExeSim Extra Value 5GB data for $34.99/mth.
Why aren't the new plans being offered to existing customers?
Do I need to disconnect and reconnect my service to be eligible for new plans?
