Unable to receive voice mail

Hi, I am using a Nokia 302 phone. Since changing to Exetel no one is able to leave me a message. Apparently all it says is this service is unavailable. According to the nokia instructions I am suppose to dial 321 (which is what I always used before the change over) then they ask me for the number. I have tried my actual phone no. I have also tried using the+61411000321 number but it tells me that they are both invalid numbers. I have obviously missed something. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry KavandaS, I tried for 1/2 an hr to send you a private message but the request kept getting denied. Maybe I should just call. I don't seem to be having a great deal of success with your site at all.
