Unable to log into email via Webmail

Hi,

Im having a problem logging into my email, both via gmail & also on the webmail through the home page.
It says either user name or password is wrong, however I have checked both & they seem to be fine.
My other emails appear to be fine & are not having any problems.

Is there anything I can do to search a problem?

Hi Mark,

Hope this is about an exemail email address. Therefore I need to check the status of the email address within our systems. PM me your service number and the respective email id and I will check on this.

PM received and thanks for that. Please note that when i check on the systems it indicates that the email address email address is temporally restricted due to the spam issue. At this stage you may need to do a full system scan on the computers & devices which you are using for viruses and spams. Once you have completed the scan process you may need to reset the password of the exact email address and put a new strong secure password.

In order to change the password log in to my exetel and select Premium VAS----> Email. Once you have completed these tasks please reply back to this thread or contact Exetel, so i will request the relevant department to re activate your email address. Your ticket Ref# is 12185676.

I've done all above, scanned all devices & machines.
I've also updated the password.
If you could request the email to be reactivated, that would be great.

Hi Mark,

I got the system admin department to unblock the email id and it should be active by now. However they suggest you do another password reset as the given password appears to be not strong enough.
