Change mobile plan issue
I lodged a mobile plan change request at end of October(after 27th, from ExeSim Saver 2GB data limit to ExeSim Value 12 Month 5GB data limit) , also aware this will only be effected from December.
However, when I checked my service my plan is still the old onw.
Can you check for me please?

Please note that we have already directed this query towards our relevant internal teams. BTW, I have other 2 mobiles number also requested plan changes at end of October and early November, so will your team also look into that as well?

We have only received a plan change request for one mobile service. However, we will arrange a call back to discuss the plan change and plan change options.

OK, I requested plan change for my other 3 mobile numbers early this month.
However, when I visited these 3 accounts:
Manage -> Change Plan
2 mobile numbers do not show up there was a request.
Please check.

I checked again 5 mins ago those 2 numbers did not show I have requested plan change.

Hi,
As per the records indicate you have requested plan changes for 4 of your mobile numbers out of which 3 have been completed already and 1 more is yet to be completed by the 1st of January 2018.

The remaining 1 mobile number is still in old plan as current as 1 Jan 2018 I just checked.
