Access My Exetel From Overseas

When logging in from overseas, it appears that you need to receive a token on your mobile phone to complete the two step verification to enable logon to My Exetel.

Is this correct??????

Hi, this is correct. This has been implemented as an added security measure to minimize the risk of your Member's Facility being compromised. If you come across any issues with validating the mobile token, please email us your service details (from your Authorized contact email address) to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au, and nominate the IP address you are connecting to while overseas in the body of your email. We can then whitelist the nominated IP address to allow access to the Member's Facility from overseas.

Has anyone let Exetel know that my mobile phone number won't work in the US.


So people travelling OS will not be able to login and check their Exetel Webmail !!!!????

Yes, this is the WAN IP which can be checked by just Googling "what is my WAN IP?".

Also, your Australian mobile service can be used when you are in overseas only if roaming feature has been enabled.However this should not affect accessing webmail since it is accessible as long as you have a working Internet service.
