NBN was activated and working around 11.00am today...all good there.
VOIP appears to be unregistered(Down) Phone not working.

Looking at the records unable to find an active Voip record under your account. However there appears to be a PSTN to voip porting request and still there is no active record and that is why you have not been emailed with the VOIP settings / credentials. Please quote the ticket reference number 13149849 and contact our provisioning department during the business hours for further details.

Yes, the porting request is not completed and no active Voip records are there. However I have internally emailed the provisioning management to check on the status.
