Exetel has provisioned an improved VoIP platform with an extended
feature-set including enhanced security and fraud protection and full
IPv6 support.
We will be migrating your service from 2018-11-08.
This change should be transparent with no changes required on your
equipment.
However, if you notice any problem please contact Exetel Support on
133938 or email appropriate department immediately.

Queensland migration completed. We'll migrate Victoria base customers next week if no major incident occurs.

victoria customer migration is completed. We'll be expecting to moving all remaining customers by end of next week and complete the whole migration process.
