The wholesale supplier has confirmed that services in both Towsnville and Mackay area are affected by the above network outage.
The root cause is a Fibre break between Flaggy Rock Reef & Mackay Reef, QLD
Supplier Technicians are currently onsite and working to rectify the issue, however, there is still no Estimated Time of Restoration at this stage
