Help posts out of date

In the post “fastest way to fix the problem” it says
To log a no service service issue please call 02 8030 1000 and select option 2. This option will ask you a series of questions to determine what type of service issue you are having.”

Which doesn’t happen. Might have in 2009 but not for a while now.

Maybe it is time to update your help and information posts to reflect the current situation?
