Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated time of resolution

The Wholesale Supplier advises that the outage is still ongoing.

Our wholesale supplier provides the current Estimated time of resolution as 21/01/2019 on or before Close of Business, but may be subject to change.
