I have my current 12 month contract with these details:
ExeSim Value 12 Month
Renew Contract Start Date: 2018-02-01
Renew Contract End Date: 2019-02-01
Can I request a change plan now to another 12 month plan without cancellation fees or other surcharge?
ie. effective month start from next month

Hi,
If you are currently on a contract and moving to another 12 month contract plan there will be no cancellation fee or surcharges to change. The plan change has to be placed before the 27th of this month for it to be effective on the 01st of next month.

Hi,
OK, I tried to change my plan to a ExeSim Value 12 Month ($24.99).
There is a check box at the bottom says:
"I agree to pay $20 Early Cancelation Fee to break my current mobile contract. And I agree that a new 12 month term applies for my new contract."

OK. I got 2 calls from your staff this afternoon as I did not manage to pick up the calls.
She left the message and I have listened 6 times had difficulties in understanding her speaking (too fast and not clear), she left the phone number 14205069 or 14205065?
I dialed both numbers but the voice said numbers are disconnected, I asked my friend who was born in Australia even he could not listen clearly what she said in the recorded message.
