Unable to access ANZ and Pixel Federation
Hi All,
Since the 19th this week I have not been able to access the ANZ bank customer login nor any of the Pixel Federation game sites on my network.
Even my phone and tablet cannot access these sites on wifi, but when I change to 4G they can access them fine.
Has there been some changes to the back end of my NBN that might be blocking these services?

I would like to change the static IP address of your service and investigate this, based on your prior approval.

Hi Nick,
I have completed the changes and cleared all the connected circuits. Therefore, give a power reboot to the modem and monitor the connection with the new static IP. Your ticket reference number is 14366862.

i HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. Go to log into steam games, popculta sites....most things, it lags out. can you please fix my account also???

Experienced a similar issue or 2 and i was succeeded, after having the static IP changed to a different range. However, this has been escalate with our senior network engineers to further investigate.

Hi, checked access this morning, and some things were working that were not working prior, but then other things were not working such as google.com
Now, we can not access netflix, and most sites are timing out saying no connection. The exetel site itself is timing out.
I have rebooted the modem as stated, and the lights on the modem are all on as they are meant to be.
I am logging this remotely due to unable to from home, but would appreciate some help please.

Almost all the customers reported, have confirmed with the IP change.
