I have asked one of the provisioning department agents to contact you for further clarification on this. I hope you have received the necessary information by now. Since you wish to port out your current Exetel mobile number to Optus, you need to provide them your date of birth and porting out account number. simultaneously to cancel the service from Exetel, you need to provide a 28 days notice period. If you wish to get more details on this, contact Exetel provisioning department during the business hours, and provide the ticket reference number 13992869.
