Update:
Restoration Progress: Second cable repair underway. Traffic management in place and excavations are being performed for the replacement of damaged conduit. Multiple cable pits will then be drained in preparation to run 2kms of new 288 fibre optic cable. Cable hauling expected to commence tomorrow.

However most of the service are coming online at the moment.
Our wholesale supplier estimates the restoration of all services can be completed by 10/04/2019.

We have confirmation from the Wholesale Supplier that the outage has been restored for Wollongong, Nowra, Berkeley Vale, Campbelltown, Richmond, Mosman, Rockdale, Albury and suburbs surrounding these areas.
We are currently following up with the Wholesale Supplier on the restoration of services affected in Pendle Hill, Dubbo and suburbs surrounding these areas, but we are yet to receive an estimated time of resolution at this stage.
