Cannot log is as admin

As subject, i cant log in as admin with user/password: admin/admin, and i cant reset as it is preconfigured.
What can i do?

Is it a Netcomm or a ZTE modem ?

Thank you. You have 2 option to recover the modem login password.

1. You may factory reset the modem. Considering a pre-configured modem, service should re authenticate accordingly. After the reset, modem should allow you to login with admin/admin. However, if the service didn't authenticated automatically, we need to push the settings manually from our end.

2. You may PM me you service number, and I will reset the modem login admin to a new password, and send you a text accordingly.

I've just received the email with the login details, so i was able to reset it and use the admin login.

I have a ZTE268A which suddenly won't allow me to log on as admin or user. perhaps the password file has become corrupted. If I perform a factory reset with the reset button, will the preconfigured settings be lost? Thank you.

We have changed the admin password from the back end to check whether you can log, in since the default password is not working for you at the moment. We have dropped you a text message to the nominated mobile phone with the new password. Please check and let us know whether you are able to log in to the modem after this change.
