Can't originate VOIP calls

Hi, I'm recently have issues making originating VOIP calls. Terminating calls work fine.

Initial issue was with a SPA112 ATA, though also trying with X-Lite softphone with no success.

Can you please check if my service is OK for outgoing calls?

Email with test call numbers sent.
I checked at 11:00 on 9/7 at it looks like some action was taken as I can now initiate calls.

We got out senior voip engineers to made few amendments to the registered service, and it seems to have fixed the issue for you.
