No Emails since 18/7/19
No Emails since 18/7/19
The last emails that downloaded to my phone through gmail was on the 18/7/19. It keeps coming up with a pop error.
I have been downloading emails like this for years and there has been no settings changed.
I also receive emails via my lap top the same way and it too stopped downloading emails on the same day.
I have tried to access my emails via webmail but to no avail. It won’t allow me to log on. I’ve tried different passwords plus the one I set it too and nothing. I have checked and the email I use with Exetel is still associated with my account. I only have one account.
I have contacted support but no replay.
I would ring but I don’t have time to wait in the queue. At the time of writing it was 121 minutes.
Any help appreciated.

What email address was it sent too? If it was my main email address at exemail.com.au I won’t be able to read it.

Email responded to. I can’t believe spam email from my account. I hardly send emails. Password strengthened.. look forward to it being unblocked. Thank you

Thank you. I have seen the email you sent. I hope it’s lifted soon. There are emails I know that were coming that I need to attend too. I don’t know who was supposedly sending spam from my account but I’m not happy. Virus scans turned up nothing so I don’t know how it happened.

Hi, I received your email and i have tried to download my email but to no avail. I have checked all settings and changed the passwords to the new ones but still no luck. I changed the password to my email to another new one but again no success in downloading my emails. No other settings were changed. I use GMail.
