The last three days my internet speed drops sporadically for up to 10 minutes at a time and only returns to normal speed for a couple of minutes before slowing to a stop essentially. I can't watch Netflix and in games my ping goes up to 5k.
I've reset the modem numerous times. I'm in the chiswick area nsw. What's going on?

We were not informed of any possible outages in the mentioned area.
