Products Impacted : Fibre & Copper
Supplier : Telstra

Additional Information: Some customers in the above mentioned area might have experienced a complete disruption on the connection. All the affected services were moved to a backup link to restore the services.

Root cause : Still being investigated.

Update

Supplier has advised that outage was caused by a planned maintenance and it has been restored now.

If the issue persists, please power cycled the NTU and CPE, and test the service. Exetel do apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
