Doesn't this mean that basically if you choose this option you get shaped to 64 kbps, as well as have to pay $6 per GB over the 54GB limit, whereas if I don't choose the option I stay at normal speed and pay only $3 per GB... Perhaps the shaping leeway hasn't been increased? Or just that the text for the option hasn't changed?I don't want to be charged when I reach my off peak download allowance and realise my download speed will be reduced to 64 kbps once that allowance is reached and if I then exceed 54 gbytes in this period I will be charged at a rate of $6.00 per gb or part thereof until the end of the month.

Not sure if this has already been covered somewhere (please forgive me and point in the right direction if it has), but currently I'm on the INCPHONEZ plan and I have opted to be shaped for offpeak (midnight to midday) downloads. I remember a little while ago they increased the offpeak downlaods to 54GB which I was pleased to see, and I noticed I am approaching it this month so I went to check to make sure I was still using the shaping option, which I am. However the description for the shaping option has me a little perplexed:
