WM A vs HSPA WI D

Can I order the WI D service and insert it into my PDA?
Are the speeds slower or less reliable on the WM plans, because mobile data is less of a priority than WI data?

I'm just wondering because the WI plans are so much cheaper than the WM plans. ($37.50 for 5 GB rather than $75)

the WI plans can't make outgoing cellular mobile calls, the WM plans can, speed on both is the same, ones targeted at mobiles that need data and the other is just data

Why is the 5gb plan not available in the WM plans?
