optus ull churn options

Post by karLos » Wed Oct 20, 2010 3:39 pm

if theoretically i wanted to churn/fastchurn away from exetel to another isp, what options do i have or how can i begin to research my options (if any) if i didn't want to connect an active pstn line with telstra.

is there a collection of isps that can churn an exetel optus naked adsl2 line, or is optus ull a dead end?

Do you have a phone service bundled?

karLos,

You can e-mail your enquiry to provisioning@exetel.com.au for further information.

the contempt dripping from this obvious comment is reason enough to further consider plans to churn. silly to ask for recommendations here though i suppose.

optus ull a dead end?
You don't have a bundled phone to complicate things, so it is indeed simply a matter of making arrangements with "another ISP using Optus infrastructure". Were you asking for a list of ISPs that do Optus naked?

PS There are sites like this - http://www.nakeddsl.com.au/naked-dsl-av ... y-and-nsw/

What contempt? That response seems like a completely legitimate one to me

It was a brief and accurate response, there was no contempt in it.
