Hey guys.. keep getting drop outs lately an its bloody annoying. sometimes emails work but web browser doesnt ..

I have checked your service and couldn't see any dropouts on the connection. However I have already done a port rebuild, therefore could you please plug the modem directly to the wall socket and monitor it for the next 24 hours.

Yeah I know.. but takes ages to get a reply every time I log a fault, just find it a little easier on here, much faster response

When you reboot the modem we could see it as a login attempt in our server.
