We changed plan last month, and bundled with the plan was a change from telstra to extel for the phone service. First up, it didnt happen, only after my querie why I was still getting telstra bills did someone realise it hadnt changed over. It apparantly changed over on the first of this month, and ever since, our download speed has dropped from 2MB to 300k! It has NEVER gone over 300k since the 1st March

Second issue is today we have no dial tone. cant ring out, people ringing in get told the line is busy! I have disconnected every phone and still get a busy signal when calling in
I am not impressed how our speed has been throttled to 300K. I am now paying all this money, stuck in a contract for a service that is slower than adsl1 when it has previously worked fine on ADSL2+ for two years at consistent speeds of 2MB!
Why have you throttled my speed?
