About an hour ago, both of the contact email addresses on our account received a provisioning rejection notice for an order which was placed back in 2005 on our original service number. We have moved premises three times since then, and do not have anything to do with that service number.
Has there been a glitch in the system at all? Why did we receive this email again 9 years later?Exetel has received our supplier's Rejection Advice for your application that was submitted to Exetel on the 2005-09-15.
