Before I file an official complaint, I would like to know if anybody is experiencing this.
We got FTTN NBN in March, and every single day it does the following:
All connected devices previously using the internet with no issues suddenly stop and report "No internet" Every single device, both wireless and cat6, all at the same time. The modem still has all green lights on the front, but refuses to fix itself. Hours later all devices still say "no internet". It also refuses to respond to logging in to the modems setup page. The only fix is to pull the power and reboot. Every single day, between 5pm and 8pm. The modem is exactly how it arrived, pre-configured. Do I need to change any settings? What is causing this? Is the firmware defective?

When it happens, can you ping the router? I'm wondering if the router is still connected to the internet, but has dropped the LAN connections. The router log may also have a clue, if an error state occurred.
