Kindly note that this feature is not available for SMB (Small Business) services & it is available only for corporate grade data services.

"This provides you with a function to have a meeting or chat over the telephone with multiple people and will become a standard part of Exetel's VOIP offering."
Why can't this feature be available to all Voip users?

This functionality was taken away from the MyExetel page as very few res customers used it, it still resides in the corporate portal, but it will about a month before it is restored to the res portal.
