Update

Outage is still ongoing.

Our wholesale supplier advised that outage will be restored by 27th September 2018, 19:00 AEST

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our supplier advises that the outage has been Restored.

Kindly power cycle your modem/router and test the service.
