Order Status Call in hangs up

Trying to call the help desk for the status of my NBN order.

I select option 3, 1, 1 then am prompted to enter my existing ADSL line number, I do so, including the area code (02xxxxxxxx) and press hash.

The auto response then says 'Good News!' and hangs up on me :lol:

Somehow I don't think this should happen!

We need to check this with the Voice Admins. However, PM me the number you have entered, as I need to make a test (During business hours) call before escalating.
