No longer showing phone queue status

Hello, I noticed that the contact section of your website no longer shows thr queue lenths and wait times when I checked today. Also your tech support line is no longer proividing queue information or wait times or playing anything other than the same music track. Any idea when this will be fixed?

We are all extremely saddened by the terrible events which unfolded in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday. To our many colleagues in Colombo, our thoughts and love are with you. We can’t imagine how you must be feeling. We are all extremely relieved to learn that you and your families are safe.

We’d also like to let our customers know that as a result of these terrorist bombings, there will be a temporary and limited impact on the operations of our Customer Support Centre in Colombo.

All departments are operational, however we may take a bit longer to attend to your call or enquiry over the next few days.

We ask our customers, and anyone wishing to purchase a new service from Exetel to bear with us whilst we manage through this difficult time. We thank you for your support and understanding.
