My internet been slow and dropping in and out. I turned of my modem router. Now I turned it on, waited and the Power is solid red with the WAN flashing yellow. Now my devices can not connect to the internet wireless

Please have the modem connected via ethernet and perform random speed tests at random times using http://speedtest.exetel.com.au/ and forward the results attached in an email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au
