Wed 20 May - NSW Chatswood NBN super unstable

NSW Chatswood NBN super unstable, every light is good, power cycled all devices. You only get 5 seconds of Internet in 15 - 20 minutes...... very strange. It comes back for 5 seconds from time to time and then there is no internet.
