Additional Information: After an outage in Victoria some customers in the above-mentioned areas experienced no internet connectivity. Exetel network engineers have now applied a bulk fix for the affected customers, therefore kindly power cycle the modem/router and the Opticomm Optical Network Termination Device (ONT - Fibre box) and retest the service.
