Hi guys

I received email about my connection activated yesterday with username and password. I found out that my apartment have FTTP with ntd inside my unit, and I use modem with Wan PPPoE support to connect to internet with username Exetel gave me but till can't connect it. I Checked ntd and the modem inside ntd box come was setup with old configuration from old tenant, then I reset it and set it to bridge mode. But still can't connect to internet. I live in ACT.
